Who We Are
This privacy policy explains how Heaven Gate Repair Service (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information collected through heavengaterepair.com and in the course of providing gate and fence services in Los Angeles County, California. If you have any questions about it, you can reach us at heavengaterepair@gmail.com or (323) 336-9707.
Information You Give Us
When you fill in a form on this site, call us, or text us, we collect what you choose to send: your name, phone number, email address, the property address where the work is needed, and whatever you tell us about your gate or fence. If you become a customer, we also keep the ordinary records of the job – what we quoted, what we did, what parts we used, and payment records.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, this site sits on a web server that keeps standard access logs. Those logs may include your IP address, browser type, the pages you opened and the time you opened them. Our hosting provider uses this for security and to keep the site running. We do not use this information to build a profile of you.
Cookies And Tracking
We use a cookie consent tool (Complianz) on this site. It shows you a consent notice, records the choice you make, and blocks non-essential cookies and scripts until you agree to them. The tool itself sets a small functional cookie so the site remembers your preference and stops asking on every page.
Beyond that, this site does not currently run advertising pixels or third-party analytics tracking. WordPress and its plugins may set basic functional cookies – for example to remember that you submitted a form. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google in order to display them.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time on our Opt-out preferences page. We also honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, they will be listed here and placed behind consent.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you give us to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, schedule and carry out the work, order the right parts, invoice you, and follow up on a warranty or a service visit. We may also contact you about a job you asked us about. We do not send marketing email or text campaigns from information submitted through this site.
Who We Share It With
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do share what is necessary with the service providers who make our business run – our website host, our email provider, and payment processing – and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our staff, or the safety of others.
Phone Calls And Text Messages
If you call or text the number on this site, we keep your number and the content of the message so we can respond and keep a record of the job. Standard message and data rates from your own carrier apply. If we text you about an appointment and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept only as long as they are useful to us, and are then deleted. Records of completed jobs are kept longer – warranty, tax and accounting rules mean we need to be able to look up what we did on a property years later.
Data Security
The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to our systems is limited to people who need it. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, state privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, to ask us to correct it, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email heavengaterepair@gmail.com or call (323) 336-9707 – we may need to verify who you are before we act on it.
Children's Privacy
This is a service business for property owners and managers. The site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links To Other Sites
This site links to places we do not control – our Google Business Profile and reviews, for example. Once you follow a link off this site, that other company’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
Changes To This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here rather than sent to you individually.
